We aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy while ensuring training quality and resource planning.
If a participant cancels 7 days (1 week) or more before the training start date, they are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee. The remaining 25% is retained as administrative and seat reservation cost.
If a participant requests cancellation within 7 days of the course start date, no refund will be provided. This is because batches, instructor schedules, and learning materials are already allocated and prepared by this time.
2. After Training Has Started
Once the training begins or learning materials have been shared, no refunds will be issued regardless of attendance.
If eCyder Academy reschedules a batch and the participant cannot join the new schedule:
A credit may be provided toward a future batch within 6 months.
If a participant stops attending sessions by choice, no refund or future discount is applicable.
Enrolment is non-transferable. Sharing access with others is not allowed.
